Shop Fleur Papier Return Policy

We want you to love your order! Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Print on Demand and Personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. These items are made-to-order and customized specifically for you.

Exceptions

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a size Small but received a Large)

If this happens, please contact us by email shopfleurpapier@gmail.com As Soon As Possible after receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue so I can contact our thrid-party printer to request either a replacement or a refund.

Returnable Items

For all other non-personalized, non-print-on-demand items:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopfleurpapier@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [1422 W Roadrunner Drive Chandler, AZ 85286]. Please send approved returns with your Name and order number, and email me the tracking number for your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
