We’re so happy you’re here! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Processing Times

  • Print on Demand & Personalized Items: Please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipping, as these items are made to order.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Usually ship within 1-3 business days.

  • During holidays or shop updates, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the method selected at checkout and your location:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if selected): Typically 2–4 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships for priority mail and packages. First class mail typically does not receive a tracking number from USPS.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, item type, and destination.

We currently ship within the United States. Please contact us if you’re interested in international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays are out of our control. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors.

  • If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we’ll help you file a claim or investigate further.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, or stolen packages. Please double-check your info.
